Luxury India Private Tours Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Company” means Luxury India Private Tours.
- “Client” means the person(s) booking the tour.
- “Tour” means the travel services provided by the Company.
- “Contract” means the agreement between the Company and the Client.
2. Booking and Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Balance payment will be collected by the company during the tour.
- Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer, or Cheque.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 30 days: 50% refund of total tour cost.
- Cancellation within 30 days: No refund.
- No show: No refund.
4. Tour Details
- Tour itineraries and inclusions are as specified on the Company’s website or customized itinerary.
- Changes to the itinerary may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
- The company will assist with visa applications, if required.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. The company is not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death.
- Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
- Cancellation or changes due to force majeure.
6.2. Clients must have comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Amendments
- The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
8. Acceptance
- By booking with the Company, Clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
