- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance will be collected during the tour.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer, or Cheque.
- Please note that prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Tour: If you cancel your tour more than 30 days before the scheduled departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation Within 30 Days: If you cancel your tour within 30 days of the departure date, no refund will be provided.
- No Show: If you do not show up for your tour, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Tour Details
- Tour itineraries and inclusions are outlined on our website or in your customized itinerary.
- Please be aware that changes to the itinerary may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you of any significant changes.
Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
- We will assist with visa applications when necessary.
Liability and Insurance
- Luxury India Private Tours is not liable for personal injury, illness, or death; loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings; or cancellations or changes due to force majeure events.
- It is mandatory for clients to have comprehensive travel insurance.
